Origin: Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. The vineyards are planted on hilly slopes around the winery, facing south, east and west. The soil is marl, planting density 4500 – 5000 vines / ha with Guillaume formation.
Characteristics: Straw yellow color, elegant and refined nose with complex fruity notes. Pinot Grigio Collio reveals aromas of roasted almonds and dry grass, the result of aging.
Serving suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, in combination with snacks and hors d’oeuvres, vegetable appetizers and fish dishes.
