Grand Siécle Champagne

Grand Siècle is a mixed champagne composed of about 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir .
Color – bright straw yellow.
On the nose: an explosion of lightly candied citrus fruits, followed by aromas of pastries, toasted almonds with subtle hints of acacia honey and gingerbread with a fine and light finish of white floral notes.
Taste: freshness, intensity and minerality, the three great qualities of an exceptional champagne. The finale is a wide range of black or white truffles, candied pears and toast
almonds.
Ideal serving temperature: 10 to 12 ° C.
