Cognac La Fayette HO matures: Blend of 75 distillates. XO – minimum 10 years, maximum 15 years.
On the nose : Aromas of hazelnuts, prunes, cinnamon, coffee, caramelized orange, roasted almonds, white truffle, star anise, pepper and ginger. The taste is initially powerful, revealing complexity and incomparable aromatic bouquet. Very long and intense aftertaste, supported by wonderful notes of Rancio.
