Delivery and payment

You will receive information about your delivery immediately after confirming your order at the e-mail address or telephone number you specified.

Delivery for orders from Bulgaria, Greece and Romania is carried out by Speedy to the address specified by the customer for a period of 5 working days from the time of order confirmation.

For orders over 200 BGN the delivery is free.

Deliveries for orders from Europe and America are made by DHL to the address specified by the customer within 2-4 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery rates as follows: Zone1 and Zone2 – up to 2kg. 51eur up to 5kg. 81eur

Site Payment XY-Gift offers 2 payment options for the convenience of our customers:

For the avoidance of doubt regarding the Customer’s personal details – the Website does not store any information regarding the number and/or type of card used for the transfer.

The information in question is processed only by the server of the bank that provided the Virtual POS terminal.
